50% Petit Verdot, 50% Tannat. Here's our annual nod to Beaujolais Nouveau. Ours uses carbonic maceration as well providing the unique juicy fruit/easy finish early production red wine. Cranberry, red fruit flavors. This is my "go to" wine for Thanksgiving dinner.
